Passport to Cure is an interactive patient engagement brochure. It helps clients track clinic visits and monitor their HCV treatment progress to achieve a sustained viral response. It folds down to a discreet size that can be carried always – in a wallet, or a handbag or pocket. Patients have found it useful to have on hand during emergency room visits. Or to help inform providers outside of their HIV/HCV care team about their current HIV and HCV medications.
